Documentation and Shipping Clerk
Shifts: 1 Available - Day Shift
Compensation: DOE
Responsibilities:
- reviewing, completing and filing internal work orders and paperwork
- preparing, filing and reporting on shipping documents
- preparing and maintaining expedite reports
- interacting with customers for shipping requirements
- working with other members of the shipping and administrative team and arranging for and tracking shipments
- Track and trace shipments as required.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- English language proficiency required.
- 2+ years' experience required.
- Customs knowledge
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
- Certificate of qualification, college degree or other training an asset.
- Previous aerospace experience preferred.
- Previous jobbing shop experience preferred
- Worked with Canada Custom Documents
