warehouse-experiencedOur client is hiring Seasonal Distribution Associates to work in a leading bath and beauty products manufacturing company.

Location: Etobicoke, ON
Shifts may vary for 40 hours/week. Must be able to work for seasonal work until December 2023.

Starting at $18.77 per hour + Applicable Shift Premiums

Must be warehouse experienced individuals who have used RF Smart scanners and lift pumps, picking, put-away, stock replenishment, and shipping and receiving operations. Must be able to do heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities of the Roles:

-Assist in producing high-quality products
-Perform dexterous tasks including but not limited to Filling, pouring, and pressing products accurately
-Pack products and correctly label packages
-Follow packing and shipping instructions according to department guidelines
-Supporting peers with daily duties and responsibilities while ensuring safety and SOP guidelines are being followed
-Conduct daily inventory counts, and product rotation checks, investigate and reconcile inventory issues, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

-Available to work Full-Time AM/PM/Night Shifts. Students on drop for 3-4 months can apply. Able to do physical work for 8-hour shifts, on your feet, and lift 50 pounds
-Capable of physical activities such as standing/walking for long durations, bending down, pulling, and pushing
-Flexibility to work within the Distribution, Digital, and Manufacturing businesses as required
-Confident with basic mathematics, ability to count, including addition and subtraction
-Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
-Able to plan, prioritize, and organize multiple tasks
-Open and adaptable to daily feedback on performance
-Reliable, consistent attendance, punctual and dependable
-Comfortable with reading, writing, and speaking English in order to communicate with peers and leadership on all platforms (i.e. in person, via email, via Google/Teams chat)
-Comfortable providing and receiving feedback
-Commitment to abide by and oversee health & safety regulations
-Commitment to abide by and oversee our quality and good manufacturing practices


-Flexible to work occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business
-Mechanical, equipment, and process knowledge
-Manufacturing or Distribution experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, supply chain, or food industries
-Experience working with targets
-Experience working in high-volume production
-Accustomed to working in a seasonal, high-pressure environment
-Experience with warehouse equipment (picking carts, handheld scanners, pump trucks)
