We are looking for Dispatcher/Load Planner, as he or she assists with all aspects of our advanced dispatch processes, which ensures fast and efficient transportation of goods of our customers. MAIN DUTIES: The Logistics Coordinator/Planner should be able to: > Experience working on Transplus is an asset Communicate effectively and professionally with > Book loads using load boards and assign to drivers > Schedule and dispatch drivers to pick up and deliver loads to and from customers > Coordinate and modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers > Maintain high compliance to dispatch standards and operating procedures > Analyze transportation planning opportunities to reduce transportation cost > Ensure proper placement of trailer pool to support customer’s daily requirement while maintaining cost Owner / Manager, Supervisor, and Truck Drivers, as well as customers and other stakeholders encountered > Demonstrate strong English verbal and written skills, especially confident telephone skills > Manage time, multi-task, and prioritize tasks while working in a fast-paced environment > Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and be an effective team player
