Position Overview:

As the Director of Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in sculpting the future of our company’s most valuable asset-our people.


Your expertise in performance management and talent development systems will help us nurture and retain top-tier talent, fostering a culture that is both high-achieving and deeply committed to employee growth and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent & Learning Development:

  • Formulate an integrated strategy that encompasses talent management, learning, and development to align with the company’s growth.
  • Design and implement training programs that align with other talent systems and initiatives, including high potential programs, career development initiatives and succession planning programs.

Talent Management Design:


  • Develop a talent management strategy that includes career ladders, discipline matrices, and titling standards to support employee growth and organizational scalability.

Performance Management Evolution:

  • Enhance and administer a performance management program that drives organizational success and individual excellence.
  • Leverage data and analytics to refine performance metrics and introduce innovative assessment tools.

Talent Development and Succession:

  • Establish a leadership development and succession planning process that underscores the growth trajectory of the company.
  • Identify and cultivate high-potential talent to create a ready-now supply of future leaders.

Engagement and Retention:

  • Champion initiatives to drive engagement, incorporating feedback mechanisms to continually adapt and improve our approach.
  • Craft retention strategies that recognize high performance and align with our commitment to career growth and opportunity.
  • Monitor and measure the efficacy of talent solutions, programs, and training and adjust to continuously improve and ensure continually aligning to the needs of the business.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree highly regarded.
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant talent management experience, with a track record of developing and implementing successful talent frameworks and systems.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute initiatives that align with the company’s fast-paced growth.
  • Proficient in the use of HRIS, performance management platforms, and comfortable navigating and interpreting talent analytics.
  • Exceptional communicator with a collaborative spirit and the gravitas to influence at all organizational levels.
