The ability to grasp and translate product capabilities into valuable customer benefits is crucial Become the expert in understanding our different vertical buyer and customer groups, what they value, and the challenges they face when they interact Lead a team of innovators, evolve ways of working cross functionally to bring the best product marketing content to the market collaboratively How the position contributes Along with being a hands on contributor, lead a team which will be responsible for Product marketing, go to market across the Global portfolio Create internal processes to enable fast, efficient scaling of the go to market activities where none exists, make recommendations, based on metrics, where there are processes that can be improved. Drive the creation of Product marketing strategies across the Portfolio; working closely with Portfolio Management but also involves partnering with Customers, Human Resource, Marketing & Technical teams, as well as industry associations to provide product marketing leadership on our strategy and roadmap generation Collaborate with Marketing and other Product team members in the development of differentiated marketing content in the form of messaging platforms, presentations, data sheets, technical white papers, web content, blog posts, and other digital assets Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates TI in the marketplace Market intelligence – be the expert on buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on competition and how to crush them; be the expert on all buyer personas. Understand their buying agendas, and how they evaluate and buy, including how the competition co-exists in the same buying cycle Product Marketing Go-To-Market – plan, create, lead and measure product marketing initiatives and launches of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the Product Marketing plan (in line with the PLM process) Sales enablement – develop sales tools that support our selling process and communicate the value proposition of our portfolio to the team. Train and prepare the sales team to leverage customer opportunities Manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively communicating prioritizations, issues and decisions Lead and build ad hoc teams established to identify, investigate, measure, and resolve risks Accountability for communicating the overall status of initiatives and escalation of issues to Global Head of Portfolio Enablement Leverage expertise in Customer Care and Content moderation markets to influence product innovation, roadmap priorities, and requirements.
Utilize or be familiar with design thinking, Lean, and agile methodologies as applied to Product Marketing New product ideation through insights obtained by talking to our customers, monitoring our competitive landscape, as well as interfacing with buyers, technology and social trends Support the development of solid business case justifications for investments in new Portfolio offerings and services Create and present materials to senior audiences in the PLM governance forums which relays information in a logical and clear format. Conduct project kick-offs and assessments to define the project and do some initial high-level planning Analyze, track and share the details of the product marketing performance to make sure it’s working well. Work collaboratively with technical solutions, product development, and labs who are responsible for product development and enhancement Skills Ability to understand and translate emerging trends into business-oriented and customer-centric value propositions. Experience in understanding complex solutions, while collaborating to build the case for intelligent trade-offs between delivery time/quality/scope and cost.

Curiosity, willing to get into the details of a problem and solution Qualifications 5-7 years in product marketing, product operations or marketing role with at least 4 or more years of experience as a product owner, marketing director, market manager, or similar with a tech-oriented company. Experience leading one or more team members with remaining time spent as a hands on contributor Understanding of marketing to the customer experience technology market and buyer dynamics. Exceptional English writing and presentation skills Oriented towards making an impact and producing results Outstanding interpersonal skills with collaborative working style Self motivated and able to take initiative without needing a high level of supervision Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing, Technology, Business External client-facing experience is preferred; solid professional presence You must have some experience with Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing with a Broad understanding of the Global Portfolio.
