Our client, a high-growth healthcare organization with clinics across Ontario is seeking a Director, People and Culture to lead and evolve the HR function. As the most senior HR leader, reporting to the CEO, you will shape how HR enables business performance and growth.

You’ll bring clarity, structure, and discipline to the HR function-ensuring policies are actionable, people leaders are supported (not shielded), and the organization is equipped to scale.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Develop and operationalize an HR strategy aligned with business goals across multiple locations
- Partner with operations leaders to manage performance and engagement
- Standardize people management processes; ensure compliance and consistency in employee relations and policy
- Use data to guide decisions and improve engagement and retention
- Manage a small HR team
What You Bring:
- Senior HR experience in a growth-oriented, multi-site, or regulated setting (e.g., healthcare, retail, education, or professional services)
- Demonstrated success building HR infrastructure to support performance and scale
- Strong working knowledge of best practices in HR policies, procedures, and performance management
- Strategic mindset with operational discipline and hands-on ability
- Strong judgment, leadership coaching skills, and strategic capability
- Comfort working in a hands-on, fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
