This is more than a systems role it’s a strategic leadership position at the intersection of data, operations, and enterprise growth.</p><p>As Director, you’ll lead the charge to modernize and align our ERP and analytics platforms, empower better decision-making across departments and build scalable systems that keep pace with our ambitious growth. You’ll work cross-functionally to turn raw data into business intelligence and turn business needs into digital transformation. Most importantly, you'll be a trusted partner in steering the business at both the operational and strategic level.</p><p><strong><u>What You’ll Do:</u></strong></p><p><strong>ERP Leadership & Transformation (Infor Syteline)</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the stabilization and optimization of our ERP system ensuring accurate inventory, BOMs, routings, costing, and reporting.</li><li>Define and implement clear ownership, controls, and process standards across all ERP related functions.</li><li>Coach, support, and enforce ERP discipline across departments; be the go-to ERP champion.</li><li>Partner with internal and external technical teams to ensure the system evolves alongside our agriculture and mining product lines.</li></ul><p><strong>Business Intelligence & Data Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Drive the shift from instinct-based decisions to a culture anchored in analytics.</li><li>Build and roll out dashboards, KPIs, and reports across all departments from finance and operations to sales and production.</li><li>Lead the design and adoption of weekly metric reviews and data-driven problem solving.</li><li>Act as the central hub for strategic data conversations, including sales funnel analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and product performance.</li><li>Ensure investor-grade reporting in close collaboration with our parent company, Decisive Dividend Corporation.</li></ul><p><strong>Financial Systems Oversight</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee our autonomous AR/AP team, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and accountability.</li><li>Assist with financial reporting and forecasting to support short- and long-term planning.</li><li>Drive system improvements that enhance transparency, timeliness, and financial accuracy</li></ul><p><strong>Strategic & Cross-Functional Influence</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a cross-departmental connector embedding yourself in Finance, Operations, Engineering, Sales, and IT.</li><li>Help every department work smarter by designing systems that support accountability, ownership, and value creation.</li><li>Be a thought partner to the President and EMT on technology strategy, business process improvement, and performance optimization</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience leading ERP systems, ideally with Infor Syteline or similar.</li><li>A background in business intelligence, systems architecture, or analytics within a</li><li>manufacturing environment.</li><li>Chartered Professional Accountant</li><li>A strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out for vision and zoom in for execution.</li><li>Comfort managing cross-functional initiatives with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>A passion for performance, transparency, and helping teams unlock their full potential.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Why Join Us?</u></strong></p><p>Slimline MFG has been innovating from the heart of British Columbia since the 1950s.
