Job Description

Lead with purpose. Build with impact. Grow something great.

Are you a strategic sales leader who thrives on building teams, shaping markets, and driving real results? Our client, FiddleHead FSG is looking for a bold, growth-oriented Director of Sales, Commercial Division to lead its Commercial Division — a pivotal role overseeing two high-performing operations: FloorsPlus (Dartmouth & Moncton) and Di5 Interior Wall Systems (Dartmouth).

These divisions are behind some of Atlantic Canada’s most dynamic commercial interiors — specializing in large-scale flooring, wall systems, and window covering projects. Now, they are ready to scale further.

As Director of Sales, Commercial Division, you’ll be at the forefront of that growth. You’ll craft and execute forward-looking strategies, inspire a talented sales team, and build lasting relationships with general contractors, architects, developers, and decision-makers. You’ll also lead the charge into high-potential sectors like healthcare, education, infrastructure, and tech — with a sharp focus on both market expansion and margin protection.

What you’ll do:

You’ll drive strategy, lead a talented team, and close major deals. From guiding high-stakes bids to strengthening contractor relationships, you’ll be the engine behind our growth. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure smooth project delivery — and champion better systems, smarter workflows, and sharper forecasting.

What you bring:

You’ve led sales teams, closed complex contracts, and know the construction cycle inside out. You bring a strategic mindset, a people-first leadership style, and a track record of making things happen. CRM-savvy, negotiation-ready, and always focused on results.

Why this role matters

This is more than a sales leadership role—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of two highly specialized, fast-moving divisions within a respected Atlantic Canadian company. FiddleHead FSG is looking for someone who leads with vision, executes with discipline, and thrives in a collaborative, performance-driven culture.

If you're ready to shape the future of commercial interiors in Atlantic Canada, we want to hear from you.

Please submit your resume online by clicking “Apply.” For more information, contact Holly Bond confidentially at hbond@facetconnect.com . If you need accommodation during the selection process, please let us know.

We believe in employment equity, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds. We encourage applications from the following under-represented groups to self-identify in their resume or cover letter: Indigenous persons, racially visible persons, persons with a disability, women, and persons of a minority sexual orientation and/or gender identity.

Facet is a recruitment firm with an unshakeable belief that change is a good thing. People are not only our purpose, they are also our passion. Facet was created to recruit talented, established professionals who aspire to lead organizations. We are inspired by these individuals and believe they are at the core of building purpose-driven, dynamic, and forward-thinking workplaces.
