<h3>The Role</h3>
<p>The Director of Operations is a leadership role responsible for building and optimising the operations of our agency. This role works closely with leadership to refine systems, oversee HR and administrative functions, drive organizational initiatives, and ensure that the agency runs efficiently at scale.</p>
<p>This role requires excellent judgement, strong communication skills, and the ability to create structure in a fast‑moving environment. This person should be adept at working with governmental bodies, CPA’s, and brokers.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Building, refining, and maintaining internal systems and processes for client onboarding, management, and deal management</li>
<li>Identify inefficiencies and implement systems that improve speed, accuracy, and accountability across the team.</li>
<li>Oversee financial reporting with AR/AP & book-keeping team & working with creator clients on routine banking questions (updating info, email customer service)</li>
<li>Partner with leadership on goal setting, performance reviews, and training</li>
<li>Support Talent Managers by improving their tools, templates, and workflows</li>
<li>Guide recruitment and onboarding for new hires.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in operations, business development/management,</li>
<li>Exceptional organization with strong analytical and strategic thinking ability</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Experience managing teams and leading cross‑functional abilities</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a high‑autonomy, fast‑paced environment</li>
