Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Director, Change Management to join our Business Transformation Office in North America. You will lead the design and execution of change management strategies for large-scale transformation initiatives, helping our people, systems, and processes adapt to change, thereby driving operational effectiveness, cultural alignment, and sustainable growth.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and project stakeholders to develop actionable change management and communication plans aligned with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement holistic change management strategies and frameworks tailored to project and business needs.
  • Utilize industry best practices (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter’s Model) to facilitate smooth change adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure and improve the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Partner with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and deliverables.
  • Advise senior leaders on transformational change strategies.
  • Build relationships across departments to align change efforts with business goals and culture.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans to ensure clarity, transparency, and buy-in.
  • Create compelling change narratives and messaging for various audiences.
  • Identify organizational impacts and provide strategies to address changes to roles, responsibilities, or structures.
  • Guide leaders in supporting their teams through change.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching to foster change readiness.
  • Collaborate with HR and L&D to align change enablement with development programs.
  • Promote a culture of agility, inclusion, and continuous improvement throughout the transformation lifecycle.
  • Define governance processes for accountability and success tracking.
  • Monitor feedback through surveys and analytics to refine change efforts.
  • Maintain a scalable change management toolkit and methodology.

Recipe For Success

  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas across all levels.
  • Ability to use data to identify root causes and tailor change strategies.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration and influence skills.
  • Empathy and resilience in navigating ambiguity and fostering inclusion.
  • 5+ years of experience managing organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic communication, and training.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; Master’s preferred.
  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is an asset.
  • Consulting or corporate transformation experience is preferred.
