This passion, combined with innovation, allows us to grow.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><p>Build the future, together. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, you will act as the strategic and operational right hand for the finance function in a fast-growing environment at the heart of the organization’s transformation.</p><p>Your mission will be to lead and optimize all finance operations :</p><ul><li>Monthly and annual closing, audits, compliance, reporting, systems & process improvement.</li><li>Preparation of financial plans: forecasting, data rooms, support for transaction and expansion projects (M&A).</li><li>Development and leadership of a high-performing, agile, and engaged finance team.</li></ul><p>As Senior Director of Finance, you will embody rigor, high standards, and innovation in financial management, while maintaining a strong human and entrepreneurial approach.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Supervise financial closings, the preparation of consolidated financial statements, and management reports.</li><li>Be the main point of contact during audits: preparation, compliance, efficiency, no adjustments.</li><li>Lead the budgeting cycle, quarterly reforecasting, scenario analysis, and long-term (10-year) planning.</li><li>Manage treasury operations, optimize cash flow, lead banking relationships and vendor negotiations.</li><li>Implement and improve the use of financial systems.</li><li>Support due diligence operations, build and maintain a permanent data room, and assist with M&A structuring.</li><li>Develop, coach, and grow a high-performing finance team: succession planning, cross-training, team performance.</li><li>Ensure monthly / annual closings are completed on time (T+6 / 8), with rigor and foresight.</li><li>Lead a finance department of approximately 12 employees.</li><li>Build and monitor the budget, develop 10-year financial projections, and deliver analysis for leadership and investors.</li><li>Actively lead the modernization of financial tools and management systems.</li><li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the finance team.</li><li>Mentor and mobilize key managers (accounting, FP&A, tax, etc.) to drive overall team performance.</li><li>Directly contribute to Groupe Nordik’s growth, expansion, and financing strategies.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA designation required).</li><li>10 to 15 years of experience in financial management (team leadership, audits, budgeting, systems, etc.).</li><li>Experience in hospitality, real estate, or wellness / spa: a strong asset.</li><li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ERP and BI systems; appetite for process / system innovation and AI applications.</li><li>Bilingualism (French and English) is essential for our operations outside Quebec.</li></ul><h3>Your Strengths</h3><ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to simplify and communicate financial information to different audiences.</li><li>Analytical mindset, professional judgment, and attention to detail.</li><li>High level of integrity, discretion, and ethics.</li><li>Team player with proven experience in collaborative work environments.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership: hands-on and strategic, with a strong HR focus and coaching approach.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in fast-paced or complex environments.</li><li>Ability to structure and elevate the finance function across the Groupe Nordik organization.</li></ul><h3>Salary & Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary aligned with Groupe Nordik’s compensation structure.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including telemedicine.</li><li>Complimentary spa access for you and one guest.</li><li>Discounts on food, massage therapy, and esthetic services at our spas.</li><li>Free on-site fitness room access.</li><li>Warm and welcoming work environment with free non-alcoholic beverages and parking.</li><li>Personalized training and development program.</li></ul><h3>Work Schedule & Status</h3><ul><li>Monday to Friday, 40 hours / week (full time)</li><li>Hybrid work model</li></ul><p>Ready to shape the future of finance and leave your mark?</p><p>Join a team that is engaged, innovative, and truly human.</p></p>
