<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p></p><p></p><p>The Opportunity</p><p>Riide Holdings Inc. has an opportunity in their <strong>riide </strong>division, for an eager <strong>Call Taker</strong> to join the Dispatch Office. This entry-level role is responsible for answering incoming calls, answering emails to book taxi services through <strong>riide’s</strong> advanced computer dispatch system. </p><p>The details</p><p>Status: <strong>Part-Time- Union </strong>(opportunity to transition too full-time)</p><p>Location: <strong>Saskatoon, SK (Onsite)</strong></p><p>Start Date: <strong>Immediate</strong></p><p>Shift(s): <strong>Must be available to work evenings, overnight (11:30pm-8:00am), weekends</strong></p><p>Reports To: <strong>Dispatch Manager</strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p>The responsibilities</p><p>The <strong>Call Taker</strong> is responsible to: </p><ul><li>Support customer service excellence by answering incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency;</li><li>Process requests through the advanced computer dispatch system with accuracy and following internal dispatch protocol;</li><li>Positively interact with the Dispatch Office team;</li><li>Proactively deescalate customer complaints.</li><li>Transfer issues to the Dispatch Manager; and</li><li>Other duties as directed.</li></ul><p><strong>The requirements</strong></p><p>To be successful as a call taker, you will possess:</p><ul><li>General knowledge of Saskatoon (key landmarks, road names, etc.);</li><li>Strong computer technology skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly;</li><li>Proven customer service skills;</li><li>Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication;</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team in an open office concept;</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently as required; and</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from work.</li></ul><p>The company</p><p>Originally established in 1972, Riide Holdings Inc. has evolved and grown from a traditional taxi service to be the leader through a diverse and progressive approach. <strong>riide</strong> is bringing a new system of mobility to Western Canada by giving the public the freedom to choose quality, safe, and inclusive transportation to carry them to their destination. #yourrideyourway #TEAMriide</p><p>In addition to <strong>riide</strong>, Riide Holdings Inc. includes Prestige Car Service, Atomic Auto, Superior Autobody and Railway Gas & Convenience.</p></p></p>
