<p><h3>Digital Workforce Transformation - UKG Pro Workforce Implementation Senior Consultant</h3>
<p>We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join EY’s rapidly growing Digital Workforce Transformation practice, with a focus on UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Workforce Dimensions).</p>
<p>Our People Consulting professionals assist clients in managing and sustaining people, process and technology change. This includes HR technology assessments, process design & transformation, vendor assessment & selection, defining target operating models, assessing HCM and WFM implementation readiness, solution implementation and post-implementation optimization.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>

<li>Deliver quality services. Establish goals and implementation plans to achieve high quality deliverables within expected timeframes. Monitor progress, manage risk, and inform key stakeholders about progress and outcomes</li>
<li>Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Focus on deliverables and client business priorities. Manage expectations and understand client industry and key performance drivers</li>
<li>Develop people. Provide constructive on-the-job feedback and training. Foster an innovative and team-oriented work environment</li>
<li>Demonstrate high levels of UKG Pro WFM knowledge and quickly assimilate new information. Stay up to date with developments in advisory services capabilities</li>
<li>Generate new business opportunities. Understand EY service lines, assess/present ways to serve clients, and develop long-term client relationships</li>

<h3>What We Look For</h3>
<p>We are interested in strong team players who support colleagues while managing their own workload and development. Specifically, we look for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Related bachelor's degree</li>
<li>Approximately 3+ years of Consulting experience</li>
<li>2 - 5 years UKG Pro WFM project implementation experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or equally complex sectors</li>
<li>UKG Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, or Integration Certification are ideal</li> <li>Experience with solution gap opportunity analysis/recommendations</li>
<li>Experience supporting or leading business process design and enhancements</li>
<li>Hands-on experience configuring complex client requirements in the solution</li>
<li>Experience participating in or leading client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, testing, and deployment</li>
<li>Understanding of the end-to-end implementation life cycle</li>
<li>Project management experience is beneficial</li>
<li>Ability to work through a problem with limited information and drive to next steps</li>
<li>Flexibility and ability to travel – travel is estimated at 30%</li>
