So what kind of digital strategist are we really looking for?

If you can spot a data trend faster than you can say “click-through rates,” if you go full CSI and map out how to build rich customer experiences across all digital touchpoints with push pins and string, and if you find yourself rearranging furniture at home just for the sake of impeccable UX, then you might be our next Digital Strategist – aka – the unicorn. We’re on the hunt for someone who not only applauds the clever tactics in online ads but also sheds a tear when they accidentally fall prey to one. We need a digital rock star who can orchestrate seamless online journeys across all digital properties and develop, book and monitor advertising plans that can only be described with a chef’s kiss emoji. Experience

5+ years experience in leading digital strategies for brands. If you’ve got that good old, heads down, delivering the goods, turning heads type of experience at an agency or studio, and list data as your second language, then it’s you we’ve been waiting for.


Hours

9am – 5pm | M-F, but we’re creative types who know the best work doesn’t always fit so neatly in a box.


Location

Toronto (Queen / Leslie).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze & Develop digital marketing roadmaps for each client’s specific business challenges that include analysis around audience, website UX & traffic, email marketing and any other relevant digital properties.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitive activity and demographics, media usage, psychographic, and buying patterns to define the target audience and advertising campaign requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute on various campaigns, projects and analytics.
  • Establish conversion points, measurements of success, campaign KPIs and developing meaningful campaign insights & reporting.
  • Present digital marketing concepts, crm & advertising proposals to clients.
  • Develop digital advertising campaigns, manage and optimize within various platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Adwords, TikTok, Pinterest.
  • Proofread advertising material to ensure a high standard.
  • Set-up campaign tracking and implementation prior to launch.
  • Ensure strict adherence to client budgets while meeting objectives.
  • Regularly lead meetings with clients and their in-house digital teams to provide feedback on their digital health and make recommendations to keep them on an upward trajectory.
  • Actively brainstorm and generate break-through ideas for our clients businesses. 
  • Maintain and strengthen client and vendor relationships.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and test flagship and/or beta products for strategic accounts.
