We’re looking for two Digital Migration Coordinator'sto assist with the migration of digital assets into Article’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. You will play an integral role in the implementation, organization, and delivery of helping to complete our DAM migration. This contract will be limited to the end of September only, with the completion of the implementation project.


What you’ll do
  • Migrate content from our server onto our Digital Asset Management system (Widen), including (but not limited to): Adobe design files, photography, video, and documents
  • Work with the creative team on the process of implementing the new content and diagnosing any issues that arise
  • Be part of a migration team helping this project until completion, and act as an important part of this process — and to the future of our DAM system
  • Adhere to deadlines on the process of this project, working in a very detail-oriented manner while searching for mistakes and issues in the migration process
  • Be tasked with repetitive and independent projects that require managing time efficiently and completing projects on target
  • Work as part of a team and acting as a reliable partner that, while independent, works with a #wintogether attitude

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 2+ years of experience and a high level of comfort with Adobe Creative Suite software including but not limited to: Photoshop, Bridge, Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Familiarity with server systems, folder structuring, organizing content, and immense attention to detail
  • Understanding of different file types associated with images, video, audio, and adobe software files
  • Ability to adjust to strict deadlines and learn new processes quickly
  • Desire to always question, not only how can we do better, but how can we do remarkably better
