Youre a strategist and a doer someone who can design a campaign, execute it, and analyze its performance. Youre creative but also detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple brands, and excited about the idea of bringing fresh ideas to the table. If you want to make a visible impact across a diverse group of companies, this role is for you.</p><p><br><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities<br /> Updating and maintaining company websites (content, SEO, landing pages, promotions, plugins, UX improvements)<br /> Managing digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, retargeting, display) and optimizing ROAS<br /> Implementing marketing automation workflows for email, SMS, and CRM integrations<br /> Setting up, tracking, and optimizing lead funnels and conversions across multiple business units<br /> Monitoring analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Mailchimp reports, CRM dashboards) and preparing executive performance reports<br /> Conducting A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign funnels<br /> Managing paid media budgets, pacing, and forecasting across multiple channels<br /> Developing and managing SEO strategies including keyword research, backlinking, and local SEO for multiple brands<br /> Implementing tracking tools and pixels to improve attribution and campaign accuracy<br /> Coordinating event marketing logistics (digital campaigns, online ticketing, sponsorship promotions)<br /> Liaising with agencies (SEO, PPC, creative, PR, radio/TV vendors) to ensure alignment and ROI<br /> Researching competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities<br /> Identifying and recommending new tools, digital platforms, and technologies to improve marketing efficiency and performance<br /> Supporting online reputation management and digital customer engagement strategies</p><p><br><br></p><p>Preferred Skills & Experience<br /> 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven results in paid media, SEO, and analytics<br /> Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, and tracking pixels<br /> Experience managing WordPress or similar CMS platforms (plugins, optimization, troubleshooting)<br /> Proficiency with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)<br /> Creative mindset with technical expertise able to connect strategy, execution, and performance<br /> Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously<br /> Excellent communication skills to work with vendors, agencies, and internal teams</p><p><br><br></p><p>Why Join Us?<br />This isnt just another marketing role its a chance to shape the growth of multiple businesses under one umbrella.
