Business Development RepresentativeWere looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, youll be responsible for net-new advertiser acquisition—reaching out to business owners, educating them on digital advertising, and helping them launch their first campaigns.Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus, but not required. Strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisersUse consultative selling to educate businesses on how to drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising.About the RoleEarn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission.Certification is provided at no cost to the employee.This is a 40 hour a week gig from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm EST.An opportunity to work with a leading Social Media Platform.Performance MetricsActivate a minimum of 20 new advertisers per month.Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser.Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene.Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness.Mandatory RequirementsA minimum of 2 years of validatable sales experience is required.Applicants must not have any active contract with a different gig while working for JumpCrew X.Applicants must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit and Employment Check).This is an outbound sales role, requiring consultative selling to existing leads and sourcing new leads.
