Role Summary Reporting to the Development Manager, the Development Analyst will manage complex development proformas and provide analytical support across various development functions to ensure the success of projects across core Canadian markets. Core Responsibilities: Work closely with internal teams, including Investments, Capital Projects, Leasing, Asset Management, and Finance, to build and manage dynamic, financial models for new and existing development deals. Assist in obtaining site plans, technical and peer-review reports, and conducting research to understand the entitlement process on a site. Assist in the preparation of deal approval documents.

Assist in the creation of the quarterly Board Book. Assist in updating the quarterly budget and cash forecast and providing monthly development accruals to Finance. Assist in creation of monthly development reports to internal/external stakeholders. Work closely with the internal teams, including Investments, Capital Projects, Leasing, Asset Management, and Finance to maintain the pipeline, and explore other value-add opportunities in Pure’s existing portfolio; Keep an active pipeline based on market research, team inputs, etc.

Help coordinate various development related tasks to advance projects. Assist with project administration tasks such as maintaining appropriate records, taking meeting minutes, processing invoices, etc. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree required; or post-secondary degree in Finance, Business Administration, Urban Planning or a related field. Excellent financial and analytical skills.

Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with YARDI would be an asset. Exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure, dealing with changes and interruptions while maintaining strict deadlines.

Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills. Ability to analyze and interpret legal documents or technical reports would be an asset. Our people are what make us different.
