Shape the World Around You – As part of our Bridges and Civil Structures team in Ontario, you'll contribute to projects that keep communities connected and safe. Your Impact

  • Inspect bridges and heavy civil structures to ensure safety and reliability for the traveling public.
  • Prepare clear, accurate inspection reports using digital tools and field notes that inform critical infrastructure decisions.
  • Support planning and execution of field inspections, maintaining equipment and safety standards.
  • Apply engineering principles to assist with repair designs, load ratings, and construction oversight.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions that enhance mobility and sustainability.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from a CEAB-accredited university.
  • Comfortable working in the field, including climbing, carrying equipment, and working in varied weather conditions.
  • Familiarity with engineering software such as SAP2000, CSi Bridge, MIDAS, or S-Frame.
  • Strong technical foundation with a passion for applying knowledge to real-world challenges.
  • Eligibility or application in progress for Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) designation.

Compensation

BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $73,400 – $97,200
MB & ON: $67,000 – $92,200
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $66,300 – $88,000
