As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the patient experience, streamlining clinic operations, and fostering a supportive relationship between the front office and clinical staff.

40 hours per week
Tuesday to Saturday
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in dental office management or dental administration
Prior experience in a leadership role within a dental setting
Proficiency with dental software, particularly Tracker
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of dental and medical terminology and processes
Knowledge of patient privacy and confidentiality standards
Proven ability to manage budgets and oversee financial operations
Customer service-driven mindset and ability to build patient trust
Collaborative leadership style and ability to work with diverse teams
