<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p></p><p>We are currently seeking a proactive and analytical Demand Planner to support the implementation and evolution of our Single Integrated Operations Plan (SIOP) process. This role will be critical in driving accurate, data-informed demand forecasts that align commercial insights with operational execution. You&#39;ll enable better decision-making across sales, supply chain, and production by delivering forecast visibility, scenario modeling, and customer-aligned planning.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Forecasting & Analytics</strong></li><ul><li>Develop and maintain a rolling 90-day demand forecast at the product family, customer, and regional level.</li><li>Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer input to generate high-fidelity forecasts.</li><li>Integrate account-level planning, sales funnel inputs, and rebate strategy impacts into the forecasting model.</li><li>Use PowerBI, Excel, and ERP data to visualize trends, identify variances, and support decision-making.</li></ul><li><strong>SIOP Process Ownership</strong></li><ul><li>Actively lead weekly SIOP meetings to present forecast assumptions, identify <span >risks/opportunities,</span> and recommend adjustments.</li><li>Align closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure demand plans are integrated across planning functions.</li><li>Drive improvements to forecast accuracy, lead time visibility, and inventory optimization through structured cadence and reporting.</li></ul><li><strong>Collaboration & Planning Integration</strong></li><ul><li>Work cross-functionally to link demand planning with supply, logistics, and workforce plans.</li><li>Translate customer trends and pipeline data into actionable insights for supply planning teams.</li><li>Partner with RSMs to capture sales inputs and monitor potential demand shifts related to promotions, rebates, or customer performance.</li></ul><li><strong>Process & Tool Development</strong></li><ul><li>Support the automation of demand planning processes, including potential scenario simulation or digital supply chain capabilities (<em>nice to have</em>).</li><li>Help evolve forecasting tools and templates as part of Infra Pipe&#39;s broader SIOP toolkit rollout.</li><li>Track and report on forecast accuracy and root causes for variance.</li></ul></ul><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or operations planning within a manufacturing or industrial business.</li><li>Expertise in data analysis and forecasting tools (Excel, PowerBI, or ERP systems like IQMS/SAP).</li><li>Very strong understanding of SIOP principles and the ability to operate in structured, cross-functional planning environments.</li><li>Essential to work with both quantitative data and qualitative business intelligence from sales and customer teams.</li><li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice-to-Have Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with MTS/MTO segmentation in manufacturing.</li><li>Exposure to CRM systems or pricing data to inform demand assumptions.</li><li>Familiarity with control tower or scenario-based planning tools.</li><li>Knowledge of rebate strategies and their impact on demand behavior.</li></ul><p><strong>We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive, comprehensive salary based on experience.</li><li>Strong safety programs.</li><li>Opportunities for career advancement.</li><li>Health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options.</li><li>401(k) with company match.</li><li>Paid vacation and PTO.</li><li>Ongoing training and support.</li></ul><p></p></p></p>
