We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Delivery Project Executive to lead the delivery of critical Platform Services across cloud and hybrid environments. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in platform management, ITSM processes, and infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality services in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery and operations of platform services across cloud platforms and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
Manage platform support activities including monitoring, alerting, patching, backup, and restore processes.
Oversee ITSM functions: incident, problem, change, and service request management.
Ensure adherence to platform SLAs/SLOs and proactively manage associated risks.
Drive the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process for critical incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Manage the renewal lifecycle of certificates, secrets, keys, and tokens.
Coordinate and execute annual disaster recovery (DR) tests.
Oversee capacity and patch management to ensure platform reliability and performance.
Monitor and manage financial performance, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and SOWs.
Ensure consistent and compliant delivery of services across all assigned platforms.

Platform management experience
