Overview: <h4 style="margin: 0cm 0cm 12.0pt 0cm;">DEDICATED FIELD REPRESENTATIVE – Montreal South Shore</h4><h4 style="margin: 0cm 0cm 12.0pt 0cm;">SPAR Canada is seeking a passionate and driven bilingual (English and French) Dedicated Field Representative for the area of Montreal South Shore to represent one of the world’s leading appliance brands.</h4><h4 style="margin: 0cm 0cm 12.0pt 0cm;">In this role, you’ll be the face and ambassador at retail — building relationships with store teams, educating staff on key product features, and ensuring brand visibility and merchandising standards are consistently met.</h4>If you’re enthusiastic about appliances, enjoy being in the field, and have a knack for engaging and educating others, we want to hear from you! WHAT WE OFFER:<ul><li >Part-time hours (20-32 hours per week)</li><li >$24 per hour</li><li >Paid vacation</li><li >Cell phone allowance</li><li >Mileage reimbursement</li><li >Supportive and inclusive work environment</li></ul>RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Drive in-store sales through product knowledge, staff training, and consumer engagement</li><li>Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador</li><li>Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns</li><li>Ensure floor displays, planograms, and POP materials are installed accurately and on time</li><li>Confirm product availability and presentation align with brand standards</li><li>Report issues or opportunities related to merchandising, stock levels, or in-store execution</li><li>Build strong relationships with store staff and management</li><li>Provide regular product knowledge sessions and updates on promotions or launches</li><li>Communicate effectively with both SPAR and retail teams to align goals and ensure a consistent brand presence</li><li>Track and report on performance metrics and store visits</li><li>Submit accurate and timely reports, photos, and insights via SPAR’s reporting tools</li><li>Monitor progress against KPIs and make recommendations for continuous improvement</li></ul>POSITION REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Bilingual with the ability to communicate in English and French</li><li>1–3 years of experience in retail merchandising, field sales, or vendor representation</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, retail-focused environment</li><li>Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required)</li><li>Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)</li></ul>JOB QUALIFICATIONS-EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) </li></ul>We thank all applicants in advance; only qualified candidates will be contacted.
