<h3>Your Opportunity</h3>
<p>BDO Digital is currently seeking an experienced <b>Dayforce Solution Architect</b> to join our growing practice. This role is a replacement hire and the individual will own the following responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>As a leader, own the architecture of Dayforce solutions and lead other team members in the areas of design, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, data conversion and integration</li>
<li>At the delivery stage, work with implementation teams to ensure that the overall solution architecture is sound and the proposed design will meet the requirements and expectations set during the selection process</li>
<li>Drive project initiatives by collaborating with the rest of the delivery team to ensure that all milestones and deadlines are met</li>
<li>Help to set the direction for the practice and mentor fellow consultants</li>
<li>Documentation and knowledge transfer internally and externally</li>
<li>Support client testing and QA activities</li>
<li>Conduct design and peer reviews including individual & team unit testing</li>
<li>Work with the project team to review problems, define and test solutions</li>
<li>Exercise leadership through superior technical and domain knowledge</li>
<li>Participation in the preparation of design documentation and create implementation instructions to support application deployments</li>
<li>At the opportunity stage, work with prospects to understand business requirements, advising BDO’s leadership and business development teams on the best solution</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of the proposed solution</li>
</ul>

<h3>Your Experience and Education</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of Dayforce Solution Architecture experience</li>
<li>Broad knowledge of Dayforce functional capabilities across multiple modules</li>
<li>Experience working in one or more target industries - Manufacturing & Distribution, Energy & Natural Resources, Retail, Financial Services and/or Not for Profit organizations</li>
<li>Post‑secondary education in a relevant business discipline (B.Com., CPA, etc.) preferred</li>
<li>Task Management and Project Coordination Skills</li>
<li>Coaching and/or mentoring experience</li>
<li>Exceptional presentation skills for internal/external purposes</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a virtual, collaborative organization and atmosphere</li>
<li>Ability to listen and effectively communicate orally and in writing with clients and colleagues at different levels of the organization</li>
<li>Ability to multi‑task effectively while delivering quality work with attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects involving a variety of resources with defined deadlines/schedules</li>
<li>Able to adapt quickly to changing client requirements</li>
<li>Enjoy working in a self‑teaching, learning organization</li>
<li>Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members</li>
</ul>
<p>The expected range of compensation for this role is $115,000 to $165,000.</p>
