Dayforce Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Dayforce Solution Architect to lead architecture, design, and implementation of Dayforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own Dayforce solution architecture and lead design, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, data conversion, and integration.


• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure solution architecture meets requirements.


• Drive project initiatives, collaborate with delivery teams, and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.


• Mentor consultants and help set practice direction.


• Document and transfer knowledge internally and externally.


• Support client testing and QA activities.


• Conduct design and peer reviews, unit testing.


• Work with the project team to review problems, define and test solutions.


• Exercise leadership through superior technical and domain expertise.


• Prepare design documentation and implementation instructions for deployment.


• Work with prospects to understand business requirements and advise leadership and business development teams.


• Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions.

Experience & Education

• Minimum 5 years Dayforce Solution Architecture experience.


• Broad knowledge of Dayforce functional capabilities across multiple modules.


• Experience in Manufacturing & Distribution, Energy & Natural Resources, Retail, Financial Services, or Not for Profit.


• Post‑secondary education in a relevant business discipline (B.Com., CPA, etc.) preferred.


• Task management and project coordination skills.


• Coaching and/or mentoring experience.


• Exceptional presentation skills.


• Thrives in a virtual, collaborative environment.


• Strong oral and written communication.


• Ability to multi‑task and deliver quality work with attention to detail.


• Excellent time management, managing multiple projects with deadlines.


• Adapt quickly to changing client requirements.


• Self‑teaching, continuous learning mindset.
