Data & Process Optimization Specialist

We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Developer to support and enhance the entire process from order taking to delivery for our vehicles in North America. This person will be required to work with multiple departments such as Sales, Finance, Market Planning, Production Planning, Shipping, Credit, Promotions, and more. This is a key role in achieving BRP’s objectives.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Actively contribute to strategic projects aimed at improving the visibility and communication of delivery timelines to the dealer network.


  • Optimize our SQL tool for prioritizing dealer orders by integrating key data (sales, credit, logistics) to achieve more efficient allocation.

  • Contribute to the development of stock distribution strategies to ensure each order is delivered to the right place, at the right time, and to the right dealer, with the aim of supporting business performance and market share.

  • Play a key role in transitioning our analytical tools to the Snowflake platform, focusing on modernization, performance, and agility.


  • Support the daily operations of transferring vehicles to our distribution centres to ensure strategic and smooth deployment of units across the territory.

  • Conduct various analyses on sales, inventory, processes, and the accuracy of our delivery times, with a focus on continuous improvement.


YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:


  • At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field.

  • Strong analytical and data management skills, as well as intellectual curiosity.

  • Proficiency in SQL; Python would be an asset.


  • A bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, mathematics, or any relevant field.

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well.

  • Bilingualism: French is mandatory, English would be a significant asset.
