Data Governance Manager

Overview:
Seeking a Data Governance Manager to lead the strategic oversight of master data, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems, supports ERP deployment, and drives data governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement master data strategy and governance frameworks
- Define data standards and ensure compliance
- Lead D365 master data management and integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data needs and ERP readiness
- Enhance data-driven decision-making and analytics capabilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years in master data management; 2+ years with Microsoft Purview
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience (D365 required)
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
