Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin have partnered with a Winnipeg based company to hire a Customer Service Representative for an immediate, temporary opportunity to assist with a project.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members
  • Update the membership database and enter new membership information as required
  • Data entry, filing and handling mail
  • Update excel spreadsheets
  • Additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years plus of office related Customer Service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and update customer concerns providing relevant customer information
  • A criminal background check is required
