We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to contribute to our mission by helping train AI chatbots while enjoying the flexibility of remote work and selecting their own schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Create diverse conversations across various topics
- Write high-quality responses based on specific prompts
- Evaluate the performance of different AI models
- Conduct research and fact-check AI responses for accuracy and originality
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- A bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- Strong research and fact-checking abilities
