Embark on a rewarding career as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! We are actively seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our growing team. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential to become permanent, offering a hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and the chance to make a significant impact. We are looking to fill these positions quickly!

Position: Customer Service Representative
Shift: 8am – 9pm EST (rotating schedule)
Location: Brampton

Responsibilities
– Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats.
– Resolve customer issues related to deliveries, traces, claims, and invoicing.
– Liaise with internal teams and clients.
– Process new accounts and update customer information.

Qualifications
– 2+ years of customer service experience.
– Ability to learn quickly
– Ability to handle high call volume with ease and a sense of calmness
– Helpful by nature with the ability to problem-solve
