Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work at our Mississauga GTA Service Centre. With your outgoing personality and excellent customer service, together we will build a lasting impression that our customers will take with them … along with their purchase.

Learn more about wine, beer, ciders and spirits than you ever imagined as you get paid for online training, including product knowledge essentials.

 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

 

•    Load and unload cases of beer, wine, spirits and cider that weigh between 25 lbs (18 kg) and 50 lbs (27 kg)
•    Pick and pack single bottles and full cases
•    Order assembly, palletize cases and ship products
•    Wear Canadian Safety Association (CSA) approved safety footwear as required
•    Gain knowledge of operations in automated warehouse environment. Previous machinery experience (Forklift, Pallet jack) is preferred
•    Perform repetitive heavy lifting using safe lifting techniques
•    Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
•    Basic knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
•    Maintaining facility cleanliness

 

About You:

 

•    Phenomenal interpersonal and engagement skills
•    Must be eligible to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student or Work Permit)
•    Minimum of 18 years of age
•    Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus
•    You agree to submit to a Criminal Background Check, at your own expense, prior to commencing work with the LCBO.
•    You are available to work during our peak business periods (evenings, weekends and holidays)
•    You are available to work a variety of different shifts from Monday to Sunday with hours varying from Day Shift (8:00am – 4:00pm) and Afternoon Shift (4:30pm – 12:30am)
