We’re looking for passionate Customer Care Associates to join our Customer Contact Centre and are eager to grow their career with Canada’s only live broadcast retailer – Today’s Shopping Choice (TSC). Today’s Shopping Choice (TSC – part of Rogers Sports and Media ) is a leading interactive, multi-channel retailer, offering a vast assortment of exclusive products and top brand names to its customers.  

As Canada’s only live broadcast retailer, Today’s Shopping Choice (TSC) incorporates entertainment, inspiration, personalities, and industry leaders to provide a unique shopping experience. Customers can find exceptional selections in Health & Beauty, Jewellery, Home/Lifestyle, Fashion/Accessories, and Electronics through our ecommerce platform and Customer Contact Centre. ( ) 

This position provides a superior customer experience by supporting and resolving customer inquiries related to their purchases.  

We are currently recruiting for our Full-Time and Part-Time postions at Mississauga location. The role is temporarily work-from-home

  • Promote and recommend the latest TSC (Today’s Shopping Choice) products to customers 

  • Receive inbound calls and provide the best experience to our customers 
  • Take ownership to resolve customer issues from the beginning to end 
  • Work with a supportive and dynamic leadership team that will encourage your growth and development 

You must have: 

  • Availability to work on a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and select statutory holidays to meet customer demand 

  • Expert communication and listening skills 
  • A willingness to be open to feedback and coaching 
  • An ability to remain calm and polite when working under pressure 
  • An ability to navigate multiple software applications 


To ensure your success, we require all new hires to complete a mandatory six-week full-time training program at the beginning of their tenure.

As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to complete an online assessment and provide consent for and successfully pass a criminal background check.
