Join the Pit Lane Sim Racing growing family as a Sim Lounge 'Pit Crew' at the first ever Sim Racing venue in Atlantic Canada. If you love interacting with people and have an interest in technology, gaming, and motorsports, there is no better place around to get started than Pit Lane Sim Racing. The successful candidates will be based out of our Sim Racing venue in Dartmouth and will be responsible for
- Greeting and assisting customers as they inquire about simulator rentals or products
- Learning about offerings including simulator rentals or products to help customers
- Managing online and phone sim racing rental bookings and communication with customers
- Learning how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
- Assisting other team members in tech and customer support tasks
- Creating an overall welcome and friendly atmosphere to drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the venue including sim lounge bookings and events
- Maintaining a clean space and sanitizing equipment after each use
- Order processing and management
In order to succeed in this role, candidates will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and provide friendly and courteous service to customers. The successful candidates are also expected to be:
- Interested in motorsport or gaming
- Well organized
- Reliable and committed
- Strong and well presented communication
- Comfortable with technology and learning new apps and systems
