<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Counter Sales & Customer Service</p><ul><li><strong><strong>Customer Assistance:</strong></strong> Promptly assist customers at the sales counter with product inquiries, provide necessary information, and process orders.</li><li><strong><strong>Sales Transactions:</strong></strong> Process sales and returns accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.</li><li><strong><strong>Showroom Maintenance:</strong></strong> Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales counter and showroom area.</li><li><strong><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong></strong> Work closely with the team to achieve sales and operational goals, upholding a professional and ethical demeanor.</li></ul><p>Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse Operations</p><ul><li><strong><strong>Receiving & Stocking:</strong></strong> Promptly unload trucks and deliveries, verify contents against manifests, and efficiently sort and stock receivables in their designated locations.</li><li><strong><strong>Order Fulfillment:</strong></strong> Accurately pull, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments for timely delivery to customers, adhering to all safety and packing standards.</li><li><strong><strong>Inventory Management:</strong></strong> Track and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments, performing tasks such as scanning inventory and participating in accurate cycle counts.</li><li><strong><strong>Logistics:</strong></strong> Collaborate with logistics technicians and service providers to resolve shipment discrepancies.</li><li><strong><strong>Warehouse Upkeep:</strong></strong> Maintain a clean, neat, and organized warehouse environment at all times.</li></ul><p>Qualifications and Experience</p><p>We are seeking a candidate with a positive attitude and a passion for learning.
