ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT:
The Corporate Service Centre Representative (CSCR) serves as the first point of contact at both the Corporate Head Office and the Remanufacturing and Repair Centre (RRC), ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all guests and employees. This role also supports other corporate projects and services in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Department.
MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acts as the primary front-of-house representative at the Corporate Head Office and RRC Centre, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and secure environment.
- Screens guests for security, manages electronic key access, maintains visitor records, and educates guests on safety and PPE requirements.
- Supports Facilities with communications and assists with RRC shop tours and visitor coordination.
- Delivers high-quality customer service, handling walk-in and phone inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Assists with internal and external marketing initiatives, including promotional product distribution and campaign support
- Balances reception responsibilities with assigned projects such as translations, merchandise sales or events assistance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College diploma in Office Administration, Public Relations, or Business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering high-quality customer service and managing inquiries in an office environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages (mandatory).
- Professional, engaging, and customer-focused demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Experience in event participation is considered an asset.
- Ability to communicate rules and procedures clearly and tactfully.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other standard office applications.
- Comfortable managing multiple phone lines and extensions.
- Physically able to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Willingness to travel and work outside regular hours occasionally to support events.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
