Job Summary

US Air Compressor (Canada) Inc. is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to lead and coordinate corporate and industrial sales operations within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic sales planning, managing a sales team, and overseeing negotiations with business clients across industrial and manufacturing sectors.

This position is fully on-site at our Burlington, Ontario office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and evaluate sales department activities across commercial and industrial markets
  • Lead and coach a sales team (5–10 employees) in developing and maintaining business client relationships
  • Manage and negotiate sales contracts with corporate clients
  • Establish sales-related organizational policies and procedures
  • Determine strategic planning initiatives related to new product lines
  • Coordinate regional and divisional sales operations
  • Work closely with the marketing department to align sales messaging and market strategy
  • Plan and control departmental budgets and expenditures
  • Arrange training and professional development for sales staff
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • Organize and oversee sales-related events
  • Maintain inventory oversight relevant to sales operations
  • Industrial services and manufacturing sector
  • Private-sector, general office setting
  • Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Background in business administration, management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or business development
  • Demonstrated experience leading and supervising sales teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Client-focused and results-oriented approach

Technical Skills & Experience

  • MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Windows
  • Presentation and spreadsheet software
  • Email and word processing tools
  • Experience in product development and process improvement
  • Strong capabilities in sales strategy, communications, and management
  • Proven negotiation experience in business sales environments

  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities
