Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, you’ll provide strategic legal support across diverse business areas including ecommerce, financial services, and marketing. Responsibilities include leading complex commercial transactions, advising on regulatory issues (such as privacy and consumer protection), managing external counsel, and driving legal process improvements.
Candidates should have 7-10 years of corporate experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and sound business judgment.
