We are committed to advancing sustainable growth and fulfilling our social responsibilities.</p><p>Overview</p><p>We are currently searching for the<br>Coordinator, Strategic Planning & Communications<br>as a replacement hire to join our Corporate Strategy and Communications department.</p><p>Job Summary:</p><p>The Coordinator, Strategic Planning & Communications supports the department by contributing to strategic planning and corporate communications initiatives. This position conducts market research, analyze business performance data to help formulate strategic directions, and plans management initiatives in line with the bank's strategy. The Coordinator, Strategic Planning & Communications also supports the development of effective communication to engage employees to align with the bank's overall goal, while also providing general administrative and executive support as a secondary responsibility.</p><p>Key Responsibilities :</p><p>Corporate Strategy Planning</p><ul><li>Conduct research on macro-economy, financial industry, market trends, and related regulations to produce actionable insights for developing bank's strategic plan</li><li>Assist with development, execution, and monitoring of the Bank's Mid-long Term Strategy and Annual Business Plans</li><li>Assist with planning and implementing management initiatives</li><li>Conduct regular reviews of current management issues</li></ul><p>Corporate Communication</p><ul><li>Develop and circulate newsletters, CEO messages, and other corporate communications to employees</li><li>Execute bank-wide surveys and compile, analyze, and reports the survey findings</li><li>Provide information on the Bank's vision, mission and long-term objectives to employees including the Parent Bank's vison and mission</li><li>Organize and coordinate bank-wide program or event that promote bank-wide collaboration to reinforce consistent understanding of the Bank's overall goals and values, including collaboration with other areas</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>Executive Support & Other Administrative Tasks</p><ul><li>Provide executive support to the CEO and administrative support to the department, including coordination, documentation, and follow-up on parent bank related matters</li><li>Perform other administrative and management support duties as required to ensure effective coordination and smooth day-to-day operations</li></ul><p>Qualification and Skills :</p><ul><li>Understanding of the financial landscape and overall economic environment</li><li>Ability to plan and execute through clear communication</li><li>Outstanding research and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to summarize complex information into clear and concise messages</li><li>Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Strong organizational and planning skills</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics, Banking/financial industry experience, and Bi-lingual in English and Korean are preferred.</li></ul><p>At Hana Bank Canada, you'll join a close-knit and diverse group of professionals in a collaborative, supportive environment.
