Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a Coordinator, Shared Services to join their team. As a Coordinator, you will be part of the Business Management & Communication team supporting the Corporate Security Office.
Job Title: Coordinator, Shared Services
Location: Toronto, ON
Pay Range: $25.00/HR
What’s the Job?
- Support the management of the Corporate Security Office, Support Mailbox and action requests related to onboarding/offboarding and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with Real Estate and Business partners to manage site moves within the Corporate Security Office.
- Assist with compliance and reporting activities, including mandatory training procedures and business continuity activities.
- Maintain organizational charts and distribution lists, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Lead and support physical access attestation exercises and manage facilities requests.
What’s Needed?
- Proven experience in performing critical administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey detailed information effectively.
- A collaborative spirit, with a passion for building relationships and working with diverse teams.
