Site Superintendent - Contract Position


This Site Superintendent will be a contract relationship for a local Developer and Builder with a history of successful projects. You will join the project during the demolition and excavation phase in September 2025 - Preparations for demolition including asbestos removal is currently under way.

  • 20-unit townhome over 3 buildings on a 1 level parkade
  • Location: Vancouver (Westside, Just West of Cambie)
  • Contract role for Site Superintendent Services
  • Aiming for a September 2025 start pending demolition permit
  • 20 month schedule (bonuses for meeting/exceeding the schedule)


Company Details

This local Developer and Builder takes on project as a General Contractor, Construction Manager, Developer and Joint-Venture Partner. Projects include commercial, mixed-use, multi-family wood-frame apartments and townhouses, office and restaurant TI and even single-family homes.


Requirements

  • Willingness to work on a contractor relationship
  • You will need to provide general liability insurance (this is typical)
  • Experience as a Site Superintendent leading a townhome project (or apartment) with an underground parkade
  • Strong references


Compensation

  • Contract from $120,000 - $130,000 per year.
  • Bonus for on-time completion
