Generations Cleaning is a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company proudly serving a wide range of clients throughout the GTA. Our portfolio includes large retail stores, condominiums, co-ops, apartment buildings, offices, medical facilities, industrial sites, and manufacturing plants. As we continue to expand, we are looking to build strong partnerships with reliable subcontractors who can support new contracts and provide coverage across various sites.
We are currently seeking experienced subcontractor cleaners and subcontractor cleaning companies in the GTA, including Markham, Mississauga, Scarborough, North York, etc. who have the capacity to take on new contracts, as well as provide last minute and vacation coverage as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
We have upcoming and ongoing cleaning contracts with availability on weekdays and weekends, including daytime, evening, and overnight shifts. Contract frequency can range from 1 day per week to 7 days per week, depending on the site requirements.

- Car dealerships.
- Medical Offices.
- Warehouses.
- Distribution Centers.
- Office Buildings.
- Retail.
- Commercial buildings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office, commercial, industrial, condo, or retail cleaning.
- Must provide own cleaning supplies.
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
- Own vehicle or reliable transportation is an asset.
- Ability to manage workload independently or as a company.
Compensation:
- Subcontractor pay is contract-based, with rates varying depending on scope and schedule.
