The Strategy Operations team is looking for a well-rounded, seasoned strategist with a passion for strategy facilitation and articulation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the TELUS Digital Quality, Agent Experience & Revenue strategy and governance within the TELUS Consumer Solutions (TCS) Top Programs.

You will partner with leaders across all levels within the organization to shape and articulate strategy into operational plans. This includes developing program updates, financial and sales performance reviews, and supporting ad hoc executive communications.



The team and the role:

  • Establish governance required to drive accountability of the TCS Top Program, including partnering with workstream owners to develop clear action-oriented operational plans tied to quantifiable business outcomes
  • Work in concert with the Performance & Planning team on risk reviews and mitigation plans for the TCS Top Program
  • Lead strategic planning exercises for the TCS Top Program, including facilitating discussions, preparing agenda and briefing materials, and tracking action items
  • Provide support on ad hoc deep dives and critical projects as required, including business casing and preparation of briefing materials

  • Relentless curiosity about the contact center operations, with a “can do” attitude and approach to navigating a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Recognized as a collaborative team player and thought leader, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels and seek alignment when needed
  • Superior organization and program management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Strong analytical skills and high degree of comfort with financial metrics
  • 3+ years experience in a strategy, planning or consulting role
  • 3+ years experience in telecommunication, with strong understanding of the end-to-end mobility and home solutions business
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or other related field
