Title: Contact Center- Business System Analyst
Duration: 6 months to start
Location: Toronto
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support our Contact Center initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IVR, cloud platforms, and API integration, with proven expertise in technical systems analysis. Experience with Agile/KANBAN methodologies and the SAFe framework is essential.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with IVR systems and CISCO Contact Center (Network Voice)
- Strong knowledge of API and Cloud-based business systems analysis
- Familiar with Agile, KANBAN, and BDD practices
- Proficient in Confluence and Jira
- Exposure to the Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework
