Arrow Workforce is currently looking for a Yard Worker for our client in Halifax, NS.

Location: Halifax, NS
Shift Timings:7 am to 3.30 pm
Pay Rate: $24 per hour
Duties:
- Assists in maintaining an organized, clean and logical yard and work area;
- Take responsibility in the proper use, maintenance and safety of all tools and equipment;
- Inspect and properly classify and records material damages from material received;
- Make sure equipment is properly placed and returned to its designated storage location;
- Inform supervisor of the status of consumables necessary to perform the job to ensure that you do not run out;
- Inspect and properly classifies and records material damages from material received.
- Must be comfortable working outdoor
- Must have good communication skills
- Heavy lifting up to 40-50 lbs.
Requirements:
- 1+ years previous experience of construction would be an asset.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Must have reliable vehicle.
- Must be able to read, write, and perform basic mathematics.
