Construction Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team on-site.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites before and after construction activities.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
• Help with the assembly and installation of structures as directed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude on the job.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.41-$24.11 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
