Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Location: Calgary, AB
Duration: 5 Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide organization support for Escalated customer POs (Past due POs)
Provide organization support for Escalated customer billing issues (No response, lack of response from customers or Honeywell Teams)
Attend and Support the West and South Region on all Cash calls, and AFDA calls
Daily focus on engaging in the Current Cash Collection management processes
Expectation to report the current process Challenges and Wins to the West and South Region Leadership Team
Engage with the Customer Experience, Collections and Disputes Teams to prioritize concerns and work with them to benchmark current process results against goals (Goals defined by Honeywell Leadership)
Evaluate, adjust and improve our current collection management process.
This will be a direct result of working daily with all teams, (project managers, sales, collection, dispute, customer experience and leadership) as well as our customers to understand current process and then transition to and implement new processes based on feedback and results.
Billing and Collections for all Federal Projects.
Work with Federal Projects; working directly with the contracting officers.
Must Have:
High School Diploma
2+ years of experience supporting business operations.
2+ years of MS Office experience in a business environment
1 + years of experience in a customer facing role.
