- Assign IT projects to Systems Analysts, Programmers, and other computer technicians.
- Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
- Direct and control daily operations.
- Evaluate daily operations.
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Supervise Computer Analysts, Engineers, Programmers, Technicians, and other personnel.
- Train staff.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems.
- Authorize the development of specifications for products or services.
- Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
- Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems and business solutions using Cram by Merative (formerly Social Program Management).
- Experience: 5 years (2 years on Cram).
- Location: 1 City Centre Drive, Suite 1510, Mississauga, ON L5B 1M2.
- Working Mode: Hybrid.
- Employment Type: Full Time.
