Your Role

As a Solution Engineer, you will be the primary pre-sales technical contact for Zip’s solutions. Your role involves demonstrating our platform’s value, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with sales to close deals. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating customer pain points into solutions and providing feedback to influence product development.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales efforts through demos, discovery, and handling inquiries.
  • Respond to customer requests, including RFx and security questionnaires.
  • Collaborate with sales and post-sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Provide feedback on products and sales strategies.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B solutioning experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels.
  • Strong solution selling and discovery skills.
  • Knowledge of software integration principles, including APIs.
  • Problem-solving mindset and technical troubleshooting skills.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with ERP systems, procurement, or fintech tools.
  • Background in procurement, accounting, or information systems.
  • API and middleware development experience.
