<p><h3>Commercial Real Estate Lawyer</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Commercial Real Estate Lawyer</b> to join our team and support the expanding needs of our growing client base.</p><p><b>Salary</b> - $100,000 - $130,000+ (Based on Experience)</p><h3>Overview</h3><p>We are looking for a highly skilled solicitor with a proven track record in commercial real estate law who can deliver creative, effective, and professional legal solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least <b>seven years of experience</b> and the ability to bring an established book of business.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Advise clients on structuring, negotiating, and executing commercial real estate transactions.</li><li>Handle matters relating to: commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions</li><li>Financing arrangements</li><li>Real estate development</li><li>Commercial leasing</li><li>Provide guidance and legal support on condominium law matters (asset, but not required).</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the growth of the practice.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate law.</li><li>Established book of business to complement the existing practice.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development, and leasing.</li><li>Knowledge of condominium law considered an asset.</li><li>Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset but not required.</li></ul><h3>Why Join Us?</h3><p>This is an opportunity to grow your practice alongside experienced professionals while working in a collegial and supportive environment.</p></p>
