<h3>Role Description</h3>
<p>As a Cluster Care Nurse (RN/LPN), you will make a difference in the lives of people in their homes and other community locations. You will apply your clinical skills in wound care, IV therapy, palliative care, pediatric care, tube feeding, medication administration, foot care visits, and health teaching. Your person‑ and family‑centered approach will guide decision making and facilitate collaborative care with the interdisciplinary team.</p>
<h3>Qualifications & Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Registered member in good standing with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing Association</li>
<li>Prior licensure by a provincial or territorial governing body</li>
<li>Palliative training (asset)</li>
<li>Pediatric experience (asset)</li>
<li>Advanced foot care training program (asset)</li>
<li>Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening within last 12 months</li>
<li>Valid driver’s licence and vehicle insurance; ability to travel within the community</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and within a team</li>
<li>Strong critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written English communication skills; bilingual in French (asset)</li>
